今週はモーリス・ホワイトが亡くなったということで最初からEarth, Wind & Fireの楽曲を続けてかけたのち「 ソウルミュージックを聴いてたころを思い出し、火がついた 」と言いながらのソウル特集。Tighten UpからIsley Brothers、Al Green、Kool & The Gangに在日ファンクまで、数々のスウィートなソウルクラシックが流れる興奮の1時間でした。「 今日は割とまじめな音楽番組、という感じですね 」とは小西さんのことば。
